Recently, our Founder, Dr. Rubby Beniwal, along with our leadership team, conducted a powerful, interactive workshop dedicated to young women’s empowerment, self-reliance, and health awareness.
Education & Independence: The Foundations of Freedom
For decades, societal norms have limited the dreams of young women in rural and semi-urban communities. Our mission is to tear down those invisible boundaries. During our session, we engaged with ambitious young female students, highlighting the vital importance of higher education, vocational skill development, and financial independence. When a girl is equipped with knowledge and economic autonomy, she gains the agency to make decisions for her own life, family, and future.

Fostering Confidence, Leadership & Well-Being
Empowerment goes far beyond textbooks. It requires emotional strength, leadership training, and awareness of one’s fundamental rights. Our interactive discussion covered essential topics including menstrual health, body positivity, digital safety, and legal rights. Dr. Rubby Beniwal shared personal experiences and guided the young women on how to overcome fear, speak up against injustice, and lead with confidence in whatever career paths they choose.
A Community of Sisterhood & Support

By creating an open space of mutual support and sisterhood, Sudeeksha Shiv Trust ensures that no girl feels alone in her journey toward self-discovery and success.
