1.1 Strict Privacy Mandate: Sudeeksha Shiv Trust respects the privacy of all donors, volunteers, and website visitors. We handle all personal data in full compliance with India’s Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act 2023 and international privacy frameworks (EU GDPR Article 6/13).

1.2 Information We Collect: When you make a donation, request an 80G tax receipt, or contact us, we may collect:

  • Full statutory name and residential/office address
  • Contact phone number and email address
  • Permanent Account Number (PAN) details required for 80G tax receipt filings
  • Transaction reference numbers and payment receipts

1.3 Zero Commercial Data Monetization: We maintain a strict zero-third-party-data-monetization policy. We NEVER sell, rent, lease, trade, or share your personal details with commercial telemarketers, data brokers, or advertising agencies.

1.4 Use of Personal Information: Your information is used strictly to issue official donation receipts, process tax filings with the Income Tax Department, transmit trust updates, and respond to your inquiries.

2. Voluntary Charitable Donation & Fund Governance Policy

2.1 Voluntary Non-Profit Contributions: All monetary gifts, UPI transfers, bank transfers (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS), and grants made to Sudeeksha Shiv Trust are voluntary charitable contributions dedicated solely to social welfare causes.

2.2 Direct Bank Deposit & Financial Integrity: 100% of public donations are deposited directly into the official bank account of the Trust (Union Bank of India Current Account 524201010030540, IFSC UBIN0552429). Funds are deployed across our 26 humanitarian domains including healthcare, dental health, mental health counseling, sex education awareness, education, child development, women empowerment, WASH public sanitation, tree plantation, animal welfare, and senior citizen assistance.

2.3 Zero Profit Distribution: Sudeeksha Shiv Trust is a non-profit organization. No part of net earnings inures to the private benefit of any trustee or individual. All surplus funds are recycled into humanitarian initiatives.

3. Refund, Cancellation & Erroneous Transfer Policy

3.1 General Non-Refundable Policy: Because charitable contributions are immediately allocated toward purchasing field materials (such as food supplies for Annadanam, medical kits, educational kits, or tree saplings), donations are generally non-refundable once processed.

3.2 Accidental / Duplicate Payment Resolution: If a technical error or banking glitch results in an accidental duplicate transfer or wrong amount debit, the donor must submit a written refund claim within seven (7) calendar days of the transaction date.

How to File a Refund Request:
Email your payment reference screenshot, bank debit proof, and donor details to sudeekshashiv@gmail.com or WhatsApp +91 74042 48017. Verified duplicate claims will be remitted to the original payment bank account within 7 to 10 working days.
